Top Five Wednesday | Book Series You Wish Had More Books

Hello! You might be wondering why you haven’t seen much posts from me on this blog recently and that’s largely due to the fact that I have been making the most of the summer weather here in the uk and the fact that I have been slowly progressing through all four series of Switched at Birth.

This TV show just walked into my life like. I’m just obsessed, I’m so glad that the next season is coming out this autumn, I can’t wait. TV show goals, like this TV show has wormed into my top 3 TV shows of all time like it was nothing and I can’t wait. J U S T C A N ‘T W A I T!! I am officially fangirling right now. Anyway, this is a T5W post, not a fangirl about SaB pot so I’ll just get into this post before I fanigrl anymore.

As always, Top 5 Wednesday was created by Lainey at gingerreadslainey. For a complete list of Wednesday-ers and topics, please visit the Goodreads group!

The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern

Even though this book is a standalone and not a series I would love to see how the circus is getting on and how it has managed, especially with technology. Maybe I’m just hoping for a reboot set in the tech heavy future and would love to read more from this atmospheric world that has just the right amount of magical realism.

Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins

I think that this series is perfect to have more books. We could have one book from Callilope’s POV since that hasn’t been done. It would be pretty cool and we could hear more about the other characters again and what they have done since Isla and the happily ever after.

As Red as Blood

As Red as Blood

24965090I just loved this world, our main protagonist Lumikki and I want more! A simple epilogue would do instead though, it doesn’t need to be short but this trilogy left me in a minor reading slump so i don’t think that’s too much to ask is it?

Gallagher Girls series by Ally Carter

This being my first YA series I read it holds a special place in my heart and in my opinion was the perfect book for a child crossing into YA. TBH I just want to indulge into more of the action and drama that goes on in this book series.

Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling

Is this shocking? It absolutely should not be and I’ll take anything from this world. Especially a prequel with James and Lily and my favourite character of all time, Sirius Black… Imagining this makes me long for a place at Hogwarts which means that I wont have the pleasure to attend muggle school. *If you can’t tell im still hung up on the fact that ill go back to school in t-two weeks*

That was it, although these aren’t the only books that I would like to be continued these are the one that sprang to mind as i was writing this post. In true bookworm style when I like a world then of course I want to be able to be in it for as long as possible. Is this just me or is this the case with you guys as well? Let me know in the comment section, until then keep reading!
